EUV crane sets delivery in USA

In the US two sets of EUV cranes with 4 x 5.000 kg hoists are now ready for use in the ISO 5 cleanrooms. Together with our US partner, Zinter Handling, the systems will be installed this year. With this order we also had to deal with limited room for transportation, however with all our expertise we were able to deliver a satifactory solution.
