Maintenance

Always the certainty of a perfectly functioning cleanroom crane starts with proactive maintenance. We will create a tailor-made maintenance program in consultation with you. Periodic replacement of parts is also possible.

How often periodic maintenance or replacement of parts takes place depends, among other things, on your use and wishes. Our experts are happy to advise you.

Inspection and testing

Safety is a prerequisite when hoisting and lifting in cleanrooms. Our experts are happy to visit you periodically for the (mandatory) test and inspection. We check your crane on the most important points and carry out immediate maintenance if necessary.

Is the mandatory inspection provided by a government agency in your country? We recommend that you have the crane inspected by us as well. Because this is always tailor-made. We know every detail of the construction, the exact working methods of the many options and the possible risks in your environment.

24/7 global service

Do you have questions or need support? Our team is ready to assist you. A selection of the possibilities:

• Available 24/7 for emergency calls
  • In the Netherlands: a service engineer from Mennens Cleanroom Cranes will be on location within 2 hours.
  • Outside the Netherlands: a service engineer from our local partner will be on location within 4 hours and a service engineer from Cleanroom Cranes will be on location within 72 hours.
• Remote support during office hours
• Stock and supply of all necessary spare parts for both preventive and corrective maintenance

Self-testing program

All our cleanroom cranes have a self-testing program. If desired, this makes it possible to have the crane read and tested periodically (for example monthly) by one of our experts.

The self-testing program logs all crane performance. We test all functionalities based on the data. If necessary, we carry out (minor) maintenance afterward so that the continuity of your process is guaranteed.

Asset management

Our asset management tool provides insight into the current and historical status of the cleanroom crane. When does a part need to be replaced or maintained? When was the last maintenance performed? What faults have there been and to which part?

A spare part appears to require repeated maintenance? We can then proactively anticipate this for a quick and appropriate solution. And in the event of a malfunction, you will immediately receive a notification.

Spare part management

Spare parts management is possible on location at Mennens Cleanroom Cranes in Eindhoven, with our local partner or at your location. This way you benefit from shorter or no delivery times and maximum uptime of your cleanroom crane.

Training

We offer extensive training for your employees if desired. They learn how to operate the cleanroom crane correctly and become acquainted with the various functionalities. We also offer 'train the trainer' programs for your organization.
