Axel Johnson

150 years of industry presence
We are part of Sweden's largest corporate group, Axel Johnson, a family business with a 150-year industry legacy.
Today, the fifth generation is active in the company, and the shared culture and values are characterised by respect for people, business, and relationships.
The picture of the family shows Antonia Ax Johnson and her husband Göran Ennerfelt, Axel Mörner, Board Chair of Axel Johnson Inc. USA, Caroline Berg, Board Chair of Axel Johnson AB, Alexandra Mörner, Board Chair Axfoundation, and Sophie Mörner, Photographer and Gallerist.

Building on a family legacy
Since 2015, Caroline Berg, daughter of Antonia Ax Johnson, has been the chair of Axel Johnson AB.
Axel Johnsons long-term perspective and commitment to be a positive force for change are values we draw inspiration from.
The group builds and develops strong and long-term businesses that address societal challenges. Currently, there are six group companies operating in different sectors, but the common thread among them is that they all operate in meaningful industries.
One of these groups is Axel Johnson International, the industrial group that acquires and develops technology-driven companies in niche markets.
